A product from my package is missing or damaged, what should I do?Updated 5 months ago

If you find you have a defective or missing product, we will replace this for you (at our expense). Please contact us at [email protected] directly if you encounter this with the following information and we will be happy to assist you:

  • Provide a photo of the items you received.
  • Add a description of the missing or damaged items
  • If any items is damaged, make sure to have a specific photo of the damage
  • Confirm the order number
  • Verify your shipping address for potential reshipment

Note that we cannot guarantee a reshipment due to potential stock issues but that every effort will be made to resolve this situation satisfactorily.
