If you find you have a defective or missing product, we will replace this for you (at our expense). Please contact us at [email protected] directly if you encounter this with the following information and we will be happy to assist you:
- Provide a photo of the items you received.
- Add a description of the missing or damaged items
- If any items is damaged, make sure to have a specific photo of the damage
- Confirm the order number
- Verify your shipping address for potential reshipment
Note that we cannot guarantee a reshipment due to potential stock issues but that every effort will be made to resolve this situation satisfactorily.
